Mobile Home Park Permit

This permit is required of anyone intending to construct, alter, maintain, operate, or expand a mobile home park. As defined, a mobile home park is the placement of two (3) or more mobile homes on a single parcel of land. Approval by the planning board is required. The mobile home park ordinance was updated on June 17, 2006.

This permit is issued annually subsequent to the payment of an annual fee and required inspections. Renewal applications are available on-line or from the Town Office. Original or change applications are available from the Code Enforcement Officer.
